people in the Management Consultation and Marketing Services of Hotel,
Restaurant and Tourism business, and whereas the Owner desires to engage and
appoint the Management Consultants for Management, Operations and Marketing
functions of the said Hotel AND WHEREAS the Management Consultants have agreed
and consented to take up the task of management and operational and marketing
responsibilities of the “Hotel Complex” on the terms and conditions stated here
